Different deadly diseases and their cure

· AIDS/ HIV:

AIDS also abbreviated as acquired immune deficiency syndrome is caused by HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), which can enter your body and weakens your immune system. The immune system is our body defense system which protects our body from the attack of bacteria and viruses. Apparently AIDS is not a disease, but it can help in having other diseases. People who are suffering from AIDS are so weak, that a mild flu can prove to be very dangerous. Unfortunately, there is no cure for AIDS right now and there are only precautions that can be done for that. It is a sexually transmitted disease which means without protection anyone can have it.

· Stroke:

Stroke is one of the top ten diseases which have higher mortality rates. It happens when the oxygen supply to the rain is cut off and as a result, the brain cells start dying. As we know that brain is responsible for every kind of activity, it needs proper oxygen to do that. Sometimes the supply is cut off because of hemorrhage (blood leakage because of broken capillary) and then the cells of the brain starts dying. People who suffer from it might lose some of their abilities temporarily. With the proper treatment in time, the damage can be reduced.

· Coronary artery disease (CAD):

It is also known as ischemic heart disease. It happens when the arteries surrounding the heart get blocked by the fats and the passage become narrow cutting off the blood supply. This makes the heart muscles weak and they start dying eventually. This is the reason why people have bypass grafting and open heart surgeries. Blood thinners can help to treat the problem temporarily, but at the end, it can be fixed with surgeries which are pretty much risky.

· Cancer:

Cancer is one of the common diseases without any proper cure. It happens when the normal cells in your body change their structure and becomes abnormal. The cause of cancer is still not yet cleared, but there are theories which prove that it happens with some kind of exposure to the rays which cause mutation in the cells and as a result the cells becomes abnormal. Patients who are suffering from it are treated with the chemicals which affect the normal body cells too. Young people are more likely to recover from the disease, but there is no surety that they might develop it again.
